WAVERLEY/ POTTERIES/ PORTOBELLO/ SCOTLAND’ encircled with scrolled border & depicting a flagon in a basket at the bottom. Three lines impressed to shoulder (above the blue transfer), & crisply struck Buchan p.m. below the black transfer. Insignificant flake to base. BBR sold an example in October 2002 for £2,235.
