Crate containing four boxes of postcards – the vast majority standard size but there are some moderns in there. Topographical and subject cards, which needs a sort, but the boxes include 42x modern cards of teddy bears, 8 Belgian dogs carts, 12 Rotary stereoscope series, 40x PCs of Butlins holiday camps, 22 Oxford and other pageants, 9x 80s pop stars, 27x 80s mainly US TV and film actors, 46x USA flag/patriotism cards, 41x by Portsmouth photographer JWS (Joseph Welch) from his ‘Language of Flowers’ and ‘Provers;’ and courting couples series and approximately 65x Sovereign Series cards of the royal family – again from the 1980s. Condition varies – but major good. A number have various faults though – corner damage, stains, creasing etc.
