1949 envelope (10 x 7") bearing 8a and 5r black and violet, cancelled by two strikes of the oval registered Sadiq-Garh datestamp of 14 DEC.  Registration selvedge on front with large part additional cancel.  Wax Foreign Secretariat Seals on reverse with inked strikes in green, front and back.  A fine cover, with PF Pakistan Certificate (2010).  SG 27, 31
