A FINE SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND BROOCH, FRENCH Modelled as a stylised flower, centring a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing approximately 3.00cts, within a surround of brilliant-cut diamond pistils, the petals pavé-set with similarly-cut diamonds, to a marquise-shaped diamond leaf and tapered baguette-cut diamond stem, mounted in platinum and 18K gold, diamonds approximately 6.00cts total, indistinct partial maker's mark, French assay marks, length 4.8cm Accompanied by a report from GCS laboratory in London, stating that the natural sapphire is approximately 3.00cts, of Burmese origin, with no indications of heat treatment. Report number 5784-3115, dated July 22nd 2024
