No damage or repair, all stones present, diamonds are quite bright and lively, a few have a very slight yellow tint and most have expected small internal feather and black spot inclusions, mostly only visible through a loupe, light wear to high points with 1 small join section on back of shank, marks very rubbed but tests as 18ct
