A 17th Century James II oak and leather bound coffer chest. The leather bound and stud worked oak chest of rectangular form with wrought iron handles to each end. Hinged top with stud worked cartouche centre bearing the date of 1684. Hinged top opening to reveal storage within and a later lined interior. Measures approx. 52cm x 96cm x 53cm.
