WELSH ADDITIONAL ½d (MILFORD/WATERFORD ROUTE) - DOUBLE RATE TO PERKINS BACON WITH SAMPLE; Remarkable 29 Oct. 1836 EL prepaid from "Lismore Castle" to "Perkins Bacon & Petch... London" asking for a reprint of "Rent due to His Grace the Duke of Devonshire" receipts (with a sample enclosed; tiny "Perkins & Heath" imprint beneath the coat of arms) with a fine "LISMORE" UDC just across the join, a very fine "WATERFORD/E" cds on the flap and red manuscript "Paid 2/7" on the front with London "PAID" tombstone cds.
