LESLIE MOFFAT WARD RE, SGA (1888-1978). Poole Bridge by moonlight, etching, artist’s proof, signed, numbered 39 and inscribed ‘Poole Bridge’, lightly squared in margins, Pl.8 x 10 ¾ in. Provenance: Purchased by the present vendor from the artist in the 1970’s. The artist worked for many years at the Southern College of Art, Bournemouth, retiring in 1953. He exhibited at the RA from 1915.
