German Third Reich. 3rd class Cross of Honour of the German Mother. A good bronzed example awarded for bearing 4 or 5 children. Blue and white enamelled arms and central black enamel swastika complete with length of neck ribbon. Reverse with facsimile Adolf Hitler signature. VGC Instituted by Adolf Hitler on 16th December 1938.
