A late 19th Century to early 20th Century Venetian large goblet, in the Salviati style, the ovoid bowl with hand painted enamel cartouche depicting two figures in a river landscape surrounded by gilt scroll decoration over a ruby ground, above a hollow ribbed baluster stem with gold aventurine, all raised to a ruby conical foot with gilt decoration, height 31.5cm.
In good order, free from chips, cracks and repairs. Light wear to decoration particularly gilt work.
