E. Maurice & Co., a late 19th century French brass striking carriage clock, white enamel dial with Roman numerals, the signed and numbered movement striking the hour and half on a gong, 13.5 x 9 x 8cm, case, key.
E. Maurice are recorded as working at Rue Charlot 75, Paris and showed carriage clocks at the 1889 Paris Exposition. They used Ernest Pitcher of E Pitcher & Co, London as their sole importers into the United Kingdom and were succeeded by Blanpain.
