An unusual early 19th century mahogany desk; the central square section with cleating sliding forward to form a writing surface and flanked by two 'fitted' compartments over side opening hinged flaps, two central drawers above knee-space and flanked to the left by three false drawers and a larger true drawer below, with three true graduated drawers to the right and one top false drawer, raised on turned legs terminating in brass castors (103cm wide x 49cm deep x 79cm high)
