A Davenport part coffee service, circa 1870-86, decorated in the Persian style with simulated red jewels in gold borders to the rims above a roof tile-style band in gilt, blue and red, comprising six coffee cups and thirteen saucers, both the underglaze blue 'Davenport' anchor and puce printed crown standard marks to the bases, pattern 3116 (19) (minor damages) Provenance: Bibby family at Fachwen, near Mold.
