An Italian maiolica wet drug jar, Montelupo, late 17th or early 18th century, initialled 'DG' below the lower terminus of the single-strap handle, painted in ochre and green with foliate scrolls on a blue background, base unmarked, 23.5cm high Provenance: Used as a prop by Canadian mural artist Tom Luzny, who was a friend of Sir Frank Brangywn.
