2011 Aquatics 50p, Elizabeth II. One of a very limited number of coins struck with lines across the swimmers face. Incorrectly assumed an error these coins were minted as originally designed but production was halted and the reverse altered to show more of the swimmers face. In original Royal Mint card with plastic outer though this frayed as so often found. Extremely rare and highly prized by modern coin collectors with an estimated 600 in existence.
