A late 19th century bowie knife, heavy blade 12”, marked “Lund, Cornhill, London” at forte, solid, tipped ovoid crossguard, horn grip, flat plated pommel top, in its leather sheath with German silver chape and locket, frog stud on one side, and extension on the other incorporating long spring retaining clip onto hilt, marked “Lund, Cornhill, London”. Good Condition (few nicks and some wear to blade, retaining clip fails to engage). Plate 1
