SL Ballet Girl - Pelham Puppets SL Range, Gill Leaper solid head, blond hair, painted features, blue eyes, small composite hands with closed fingers, metal strip knee joints, string above knees, wearing a white short dress, silvered feet, boxed, early 1950's Gill Leaper was a master carver who went to work Pelham in 1949. His heads were outstanding with close attention to the feature details. Unfortunately he died in a road accident in 1957
