A GEORGE II SILVER TANKARD, of baluster form, 'S' scroll handle with foliate thumb piece, gilt interior,engraved G W to front, stepped circular foot, engraved S over W.S. to underside, maker Thomas Farren, London 1735, height 12cm, approximate weight 12.3ozt, 383 grams (condition: foot rim slightly mishapen due to a rim dent, surface scratches and two small dents visible to the interior, one at the base of the handle, the other on the underside of the belly of the tankard)
