1948-75 HELICOPTER FLIGHT COVERS:An interesting group of helicopter flown covers (30) inc. 10 Feb 1948 1st regular flight covers (4) from Stockholm to Skargarden with examples to Stavsudda, Moja, Stockholm (from Aallnoby) and Gallnoby. Three with "FIRST TRIP" h.s. and all with relevant label. 29 May 1949 env. from Bromma to Lindarangen and another from Bromma to Copenhagen. 29 April 1951 env. carried on the 1st day flight of the Stockholm service. 11 Jan 1951 env. sent by the ice mail service from Gallnoby to Gotenborg. 8 Jan 1957 env. flown from Stockholm to Haro by Ostermans service and pilot signed. Another 5 Mar 1957 flown by the same service from Blido to Gotenborg and pilot signed. Also a group of covers flown on various later anniversary flights. The majority have special cancellations or vignettes. A fine lot.
