A VICTORIAN SILVER NOVELTY POUNCE POT

by James Barclay Hennell, London 1880, realistically modelled as a crying child's head, pierced to the top of the head, with a Design Registration Mark to the back of the head and underside of the base. 5cm high, 2.1 troy ounces

The hallmarks are clear, a couple of dents around the base of the foot, some marks to the underside of the base where the twist-off silver cover has been gripped by possibly pliers? to get open. Otherwise in good condition overall.
