A Minton dessert service painted by James Edward Dean (active 1882-1926) with still lives of fruit including pears, berries, plums and peaches, the service comprising twelve plates, 22.5cm diameter, and two square form dishes, 21.5cm wide, signed J.E Dean, between broad acid-etched gilt borders, printed and impressed marks, pattern G8860 (14) Provenance: Private collection. Purchased from these rooms in 2017.
