A pair of Augustus Rex chocolate cups, covers and stands, 20th century, each decorated with scenes of courting couples and gilt foliate highlights throughout, floral finials, maker's mark to base, 12cm high, along with further Augustus Rex and Dresden tea wares (at fault) (8)

One chocolate cup shows a detached handle, and the shaped dish shows a hairline crack approximately 4cm long running from the rim to the centre. All other pieces show no obvious chips, cracks, crazing or restoration. All cups ring clear when pinged. All pieces show rubbing to the gilt highlights.
