A Victorian gilt metal mounted circular specimen marble centre table, late 19th century, the top inset in the form of a stylized flower head with radiating panels of arabescato, red Verona, pavonazzo and other Italian marbles bordered with a running serpentine band, and a gilt metal beaded detail on ebononised and parcel gilt spindle columns over a concave sub base with four inverted sabre supports, with gilt metal apliques and swivell castors. 73 cm diameter x 62 cm high
