Various wood brisé fans, the first very visual with guards and lower sticks dyed to a dark brown, contrasting with upper areas left plain, featuring a central spray of grey to black roses, guard approx. 19.5 cm; a smaller example, painted with pink flowers, guard approx. 16cm; a third fan, possibly Indonesian, has carved guards, approx. 18cm; and a child’s fan, the guards and sticks pierced, approx. 10cm (4)
The first fan has one split stick, reglued. The second fan has two.
