TWO BOXES OF ANTIQUARIAN BOOKS AND EPHEMERA, to include an excess luggage book, timetable and ticket book for carriages, horses, etc. on the North Eastern Railway dated 1878 for trips between Whitby, Pickering, Goathland, Ruswarp, etc (Brahm Stoker visited Whitby regularly between 1890-1896 whilst writing 'Dracula'), a brass printer's stamp advertising Dalrymple's coffee essence, a London Underground map for the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth 1953, one volume of 'The Devil Upon Crutches' belonging to Lady Anna Maria Stanhope March 22nd 1768, a 1797 volume one of Biographical, Literary and Political Anecdotes of Several of The Most Eminent Persons of The Present Age, vintage tins, a genuine ebony candle stick, a 19th century leather stamp box, clipped railway tickets, six National Provincial saving bank boxes, an 1877 book from Pretoria South Africa written in Dutch Afrikaans, with a pencil written inscription in front cover, another fourteen antiquarian books of interest, two banking Salter scales one silver and copper checker, and a coin checker with three weights, together with a box of prints, watercolours on silk and two framed oil portraits, etc. (s.d) (2 boxes + loose)
