An Antique Georgian five stone ruby and diamond ring, circa 1820, set with oval and pear-cut rubies with Dutch rose-cut diamonds within scrollwork bridge, closed back settings and foliate engraved shank, unmarked mount tests as approx 15ct gold, setting height 5.7mm, size N, 1.7g
All stones present but central and 1 flanking ruby have probably been replaced as claws are missing, central ruby has a small surface chip and general abrasions, general wear to high points commensurate with age, back of shank beginning to wear thin, unmarked
