λ A late 17th/early 18th century possibly Dutch ivory fan, with ivory sticks and guards, the guards piqué with silver and clouté with mother of pearl, the sticks piqué with silver and carved and hand painted with a boar hunt, the leaf is hand painted in bright colours with a depiction of St. Paul’s vision on the road to Damascus, to the verso are three cartouches with people in landscapes, all surrounded by floral designs and an upper border of miniatures, including Chinese vases, circa 1700, length 26.5cm
