Late 19th century parasols, large, the first with simple wood shaft, decorative tassel and black lace cover formed in frills: the second example with brown silk cover and brown machine lace frill, the shaft formed to look like a wooden branch; the third parasol cover is striped black and soft yellow; a decorative cream silk parasol trimmed with cream net and edged with black chenille with the same at the tip, the wood shaft painted cream; a more elaborate example with a cover of floral chiffon and black machine lace, the interior in ruffled cream chiffon (5)

The second parasol has damage to the silk, and lining, and the tip is present but broken. The cover on example three is splitting. Cover of the final example has damage.
