Star Lot : A very attractive footed Sterling silver dish, with a super Celtic design rim and engraved with light provenance dated 1952 to centre. Hallmarked London, circa 1949 with a makers mark which states "Wakely & Wheeler". Diameter: 20cm. Weight: 356 grams. The engraving in this is significant as Mrs Booth had been with Princess Elizabeth in Kenya, when she found our her father had died and princess Elizabeth became Queen Elizabeth 2nd.
