Two Georgian intaglios, the first a pale amethyst colour, marked HARRIS M 1789 depicting Eve handing the forbidden fruit to Adam in the Garden of Eden (4.4cm x 3.5cm x 0.9cm). The second a smaller very dark purple marked MARCHANT depicting male and female in embrace - possibly Mars and Venus (3cm x 2cm x 0.5cm). (2).
