- Auction Starts Closing at 10:00am on Wednesday 27th November and is ONLINE ONLY. The sale will continue without break until the last lot is sold.
- All goods are “sold as seen” and carry no guarantee or warranty.
- All images, descriptions and measurements are approximate and to be strictly used as guidelines only.
- Payment MUST be made by 3:30pm the day following the auction.
COLLECTIONS:
- All collections are to be made from the self storage company in Weybridge, KT13. Full address will be given to winning bidders with their invoice.
- Successful buyers will be provided with contact details in order to arrange their collection following the auction.
- To avoid delays or disappointment, YOU MUST book your collection appointment ahead of time. This will give the storage company's team time to prepare your items for collection. If you do not call to book an appointment, you may be unable to collect your items.
- Collections will be available from Friday 29th of November and held each business day, 5 business days after the sale date between 8:30am – 4:30pm. The collection deadline is Friday 6th of December, unless agreed otherwise with the vendor.
VIEWING:
- NO VIEWING AVAILABLE for this auction.
- Please be sure on what you are bidding on as this is an 'Online Only' auction, and all stock is sold behind closed doors.
CONDITION REPORTS/TELEPHONE BIDS:
- We DO NOT offer condition reports for this auction.
PAYMENT:
- Payments MUST be paid through your invoice email by 3:30pm the DAY AFTER THE SALE. Please follow the payment instructions received via email post-sale.
- If you have not paid by 3:30pm the day following the sale, you will be blocked for a minimum of 6 weeks and your lots will immediately be taken off your account and re-sold in the next available auction.
- We are NOT taking cash or card payments on-site.
FAILURE TO COLLECT YOUR ITEMS:
- Paying and clearing all lots is mandatory for lots won at auction. Bidding is a commitment to buy, and all accepted bids are contracts and are considered final and non-withdrawable.
