Fraser King (B 1969) - A 21st century watercolour painting, depicting people in an orchestra playing their stringed instruments. Signed by the artist to the bottom right corner. Framed by Alexander Gallery, mounted and glazed, measuring approx. 54.5cm x 63cm.


Fraser King was born in Chalfont St. Giles, Buckinghamshire, England in 1969. He gained a BA(Hons) in Illustration from John Moores University in Liverpool. In 1991 he became a full-time freelance artist and has exhibited throughout the UK, including some highly successful exhibitions at the Llewelyn Alexander Gallery at Waterloo, three shows at the Alexander Gallery Bristol and three with his father Gordon King at the Magee Gallery Belfast. Recently he had a one-man show at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden with paintings of the orchestra in rehearsal.
