British P1888 MK2 Bayonet


12 inch, double edged blade.  Forte with maker "Sanderson Sheffield" dated "9/01".  Steel muzzle ring, crossguard and pommel.  Wooden slab grips retained by two brass rivets.  Contained in its steel mounted, leather scabbard complete with 1914 pattern leather frog with rear leather securing tab.
