Original vintage London Transport poster advertising the Rugby League Final Match that took place at 3pm on April 18 1936 at Wembley Stadium.Design by Tom Eckersley (1914-1997) and Eric Lombers (1914-1978) features a rugby player with a ball. London Transport logo in bottom right corner. The 1936–37 Challenge Cup final was contested by Widnes and Keighley at Wembley in front of a crowd of 47,699. Widnes won the match 18–5.
