Rare pair of Doulton Lambeth stoneware wall mounted oil lamps, with flared fluted Vaseline glass shades over glazed stoneware pottery fonts with glass liner within, with raised moulded foliate stylised decoration, sitting within Art Nouveau shaped stylised metal wall brackets, the fonts with factory stamps and numbered 3943 to the interior, 27" high overall approx. not drilled for wiring, purely oil lamps

not silver plated, more of a chromed highlight finish, Both glass shades in good condition with only the most minor wear and rough texture around the foot rim where it sits upon the lamp, the most minor wear and abrasions around the pottery bodies where they rub against the wall brackets and seat within each other all consistent with age, the brass somewhat tarnished and the oil lamp adjusters/screws not tested, the wall brackets are metal affixed to a painted shaped wooden mount.
