Good die-stamped white metal Maltese cross, superimposed on laurel sprays, resting on title scroll; within central motto strap, the Dragon. Two brass tangs securing red felt central backing. . Loops . VGC Formerly Royal Cumberland Militia and Royal Westmoreland Militia. HQ at Carlisle.
