1970 Flipper
Being sold without reserve
Unregistered
Brown, left hand drive
One of the many 'Sans Permis' cars, that could be driven on the Continent by anyone over the age of 14 without a licence
Because it has four wheels it attracts the full road fund tax in the UK, in spite of its tiny engine
This Flipper was given to the Red Cross in Kent to raffle for their funds.
The lucky winner did not want it and sold it to the Hammond Collection, raising even more money for this deserving cause
Note: This has been on static display at the Museum and will need some re-commissioning
