A Victorian courtsword, blade 27½”, etched for most of its length with crown over “VR”, trophies, scrolls, and maker’s name (illegible); beaded gilt brass hilt with urn pommel and shell guard, and with bullion knot; in its gilt brass mounted leather scabbard. GC, the gilt very good (the blade polished, some wear to scabbard leather). £150-175
