Clocks: AN OAK AND PINE LONGCASE CLOCK INSCRIBED THOMAS BAKER, PORTSMOUTH, LATE 18TH CENTURY the brass eight day five pillar movement with anchor escapement and striking on a bell, on a 12 inch brass dial with a silvered chapter ring with black Roman hours and Arabic five minutes, the centre with a subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture, beneath an arch with a boss inscribed 'Thomas Baker Portsmouth', the stripped case with an arched hood with tapering columns, the trunk with an arched door, with a key, two weights and pendulum 210cm high
