Includes (in order of appearance) UK 1d red used in Crimea, Boer War, First World War range (APOs, FPOs, censors, dumb cancels, Plessey Camp/Cramlington skeleton on piece), arrival postmarks (e.g. London pmk. on Dominica stamp, Keswick on Greece), Ascension c.d.s. on UK KG5 2d block and 3d single (neither fine), paquebot marks, 1848 Sydney Ship Letter mark on cover, railway marks, Canada precancels, Cyprus town cancels, Russia used in Finland, France (stamps with "5104" of Shanghai, Anchor cancels (5)), Germany (foreign POs, 1912 piece with semi-official 10pf air stamp), India (used in Bagdad, Busrah, Aden, 2 x possible Penang), British pmks. on Peru, USA fancy cancels, etc. (c.745 items)
