We are open from 9.30 to 4.30pm on WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY. Be aware! Pre-bidding is active until the auction opens. If room or internet platform bidders enter their bid when the lot is offered live, this may exceed your top bid. You may stop being the high bidder at that point. This is an automated process. Collections and post arrangements should be completed within 5 days of the auction end once payment received. To assist this process we are open on SATURDAY Be a good customer! We payout our vendors within 14 days of the auction closing, we need to be sure the process is complete before authorising payment. Holding up payment, non communication about payment and collections slows this process down, breakdown of this may result in the buyer being blocked from bidding on multiple platforms, a situation so easily avoided. Please pay and collect promptly. There may be a charge for late collections. All details on our website or that of your chosen platform provider. You may contact us to arrange your own courier collection, printed labels or collection by a friend or colleague. Please note that we will ask for proof of consent.
