A large 19th century hand painted and gilded Toleware coal bucket and cover, height 50cm
Good overall condition. No holes, splits or obvious repairs. Fair amount of obvious surface rust and wear. One handle fixing has been replaced with nuts and bolts. Exterior of bucket completely black with no gilding, quite rubbed. Lid gilded, inner rim slightly out of shape in places, all over surface wear and rubbing.
