Diamond "GB/1F624/10C" accountancy mark (mostly fine) & boxed "INSUFFICIENTLY/PAID" both in red & struck in Melbourne where ms endorsement "Claim from Victoria/10d allowed in French/a/c for April/72" was applied. Front also with Marseilles transit & "100" ms charge. Reverse with Melbourne, Locarno cds & Daylesford ds plus unusual French "1307/6/SEPT/12/(20)" (Dijon) cds.
