A Chinese porcelain famile verte bowl, 18th century, the exterior decorated with flowering peonies and chrysanthemums upon a rocky outcrop against a straw coloured ground, the interior imari decorated to the base, the underside with a ribbon and book mark, 20cm diameter (at fault)

Faint rim descending hairline crack. Interior of bowl scratched. Dirtied nibbles and small chipping to the rim. The exterior with staining and scratching. Pitting visible. Small minor firing crack to footrim.
