Note: HMS Antelope was at San Carlos when she was attacked by Argentine Skyhawks, after shooting one down she was hit on the starboard and port sides by two bombs which both failed to explode. Further air raids were beaten off and Army bomb disposal experts arrived to diffuse the bombs. Three attempts to diffuse a 1000lb were made and the bomb eventually killing an Army bomb disposal expert and wounding several crew. The order abandon ship was given and a few minutes after the last man left Antelopes Sea Cat magazine exploded killing 22. (2)
