An original memorial postcard for Eamonn Ceannt, the Irish Republican in 1916.
Ceannt was one of the seven men to sign the Proclamation of Independence for the Irish Republic and had been appointed Director of Communications. He was the commandant of the South Dublin Area and was Executed on May 8th 1916, for his part in the Easter rising of 1916.
