Early Victorian silver half hunter verge pocket watch, by Richard Rogers, Dudley, hallmarked Birmingham 1838, the outer case personally inscribed 'Elizabeth Griffiths', enamelled dual dial, engraved back plate, 57mm diameter; also a William IV silver pair cased verge pocket watch, by Humphrey Jones, Oswestry, hallmarked London 1833, dual white enamelled dial, with winding hole, 54mm diameter; and a George III silver pair cased verge pocket watch, by Thomas Hubbard, Dorking, hallmarked London 1812, white enamelled dial, 55mm diameter (3)

More Information

Rogers: Outer case generally good. Minor dent to bezel at 12 o'clock. Inner case has some pitting. Dial is discoloured. Currently not working.
Jones: Outer case has minor scratches and light dents to bezel. Dial cracked and has a loss at 3 o'clock. Slight denting to inner case. Currently ticks when wound.
Hubbard: Outer case holed at top of button. Light dents and scratches. Some wear to bezel. Inner case has edge dents and some pitting. Dial has cracks between 2 and 4 o'clock. Currently ticks when wound.
