A 19th century kindjal, blade 13¼”, with maker’s mark on one side at forte, lightly scroll etched fullers for full length on both sides, with narrow central fuller, darkwood hilt of traditional form with outer side covered in sheet silver with lightly etcehed borde and incorporating 2 prominant studs and 2 florets, in its leather scabbard, the fron covered with sheet silver stamped with simple foliate designs in panels.
