UK Perfins; Office of Works; horizontal pair of 1887-92 ½d vermilion with Crown over "OW" perfins, of the Office of Works, and Nottingham c.d.s. cancels (JA 20 - year unclear, possibly 1896). Diagonal crease on left stamp, and both just a little grubby, but highly scarce - only 2,400 produced of which few survive.
