Signed The Gillette London Marathon 29th March 1981, programme from the first ever London marathon signed by both winners Dick Beardsley (USA) & Inge Simonsen (Norway). The two runners were both winners after holding hands together crossing the line. Tear to bottom right corner. Provenance with the programme belonging to the Mayor of the London Borough of Greenwich who started the race (Margaret Dean).
